- Please note that due to the insanely-escalating postage costs we now offer Media Mail for US orders. For small boxes first class is the same price, but for LP-size boxes there can be a large difference in price. However, Media Mail is quite a bit slower and offers no insurance or trackability, so select this option at your own risk. Also, only records and CDs can be shipped via Media Mail, so no t-shirts or badges.
- If you're at all confused feel free to with a list of what you're after and we'll get a total together for you. Also, any regular price mail orders over $100 get free shipping in the US.
- Currently we accept money orders, US cash or personal checks for direct payment. To use a credit card, you need to clear it through PayPal. PayPal is a simple, secure system that is quickly becoming one of the de facto standards for web commerce. The process couldn't be simpler:
- Go to the PayPal web site and sign up.
- When you want to place an order, simply e-mail us with the list of what you want and your address. We'll e-mail you a total with shipping.
- Go to the PayPal site and pay that total into the Slumberland Records account. Our account email is: paypal_NOSPAM_@slumberlandrecords.com
(remove the _NOSPAM_ when sending the payment).
As soon as the payment is posted to our account (usually the same day) we'll be able get your order off to you. - Please note that if you want to have the order shipped somewhere other than the PayPal "confirmed address," then you still need to provide that address with your order, as well as the shipping address. You can just e-mail me the shipping address seperately, but it's really important to use your Confirmed Address as that is our only protection against fraud. Orders paid out of third party accounts must be shipped to the Confirmed Address for that account.
